HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
It is possible to block a room via e-mail, telephone or directly on site. After having taken note of the estimate, a confirmation deposit of at least Euro 100.00 to be sent by bank transfer to the following coordinates is required to confirm the reservation definitively:

HOW CAN I CANCEL A RESERVATION?
It is possible to cancel a reservation always by e-mail, telephone or directly on site. If this happens within 3 weeks of the expected arrival, the deposit will be refunded for 100% of the amount; within 2 weeks 50% refund; from a week before the expected arrival the deposit will be retained in full.
WHAT TIME WILL THE ROOMS BE AVAILABLE?
The rooms are normally ready from 12:00 am on the day of arrival, together with parking and beach place. Sometimes it is possible to have the rooms and the beach a little early but only based on availability. It is however preferable to contact us first to verify the possibility.
WITHIN WHAT TIME MUST THE ROOMS BE FREE?
As a rule, rooms must be left by 10:00 on the day of departure. Only in case of availability, however, it is possible to extend the stay by a few hours by purchasing the Late Check-Out service which gives the possibility to keep the room, the beach place and the parking lot until 6.00 pm, or Beach & Park to have an umbrella and sunbeds and parking until 18:00.
WHERE CAN I PARK THE CAR?
Each STANDARD or BASIC room and APARTMENT has an uncovered parking space available included in the price. We have a parking lot inside the hotel driveway, with a parking service taken care of by us and delivery of the keys, where we keep the cars of medium and small size, and a second car park with guard 24h at 100m from the structure where the cars are placed. of greater dimensions in complete autonomy of the guests. BASIC rooms do not have a reserved parking space.
IS THE BEACH INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Each STANDARD or SMART room and APARTMENT has a reserved beach place included in the price at the nearby west beach, about 300m away, 3-4 minutes on foot, with an umbrella with safety deposit box and two sunbeds and the use of the cabin locker room. The rooms with the BASIC formula are sold without this service.
DOES THE POSSIBILITY OF CONNECTING TO THE INTERNET?
The entire structure of the hotel is covered with a free Wi-Fi internet connection and is available to our guests.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BRING PETS?
Unfortunately we do not accept pets but we can show you a hotel a few steps away from ours where they are welcome.
